Course description

The ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) course focuses on managing change, transformation and improving digital products and services in modern organizations. Participants will learn how to not only plan change, but also how to successfully implement, sustain and continuously optimize it in an environment where technology, automation and AI play an increasingly important role.

The course combines a strategic perspective with practical implementation. It shows how to align change management, governance, daily team performance and continuous learning so that transformation brings measurable value to customers and the organization. The course includes preparation for the ITIL® Transformation Version 5 certification exam, which is included in the course price.

According to PeopleCert, the ITIL® Transformation module focuses on embedding, sustaining and optimizing change across digital products and services and helps organizations balance governance, execution, continuous learning and resilience in an AI-driven environment.
