Course description

The ITIL® Product (Version 5) course is designed for professionals who want to better understand digital product management in a modern IT environment. It focuses on the entire product life cycle - from identifying opportunities and designing a product vision through development, launch, operational support, to continuous improvement and managing customer value.

Participants will learn how to effectively plan, design, build, operate and further develop digital products to support the strategic goals of the organization. The course connects product management with the principles of the ITIL framework and shows how to align customer needs, business goals, technology capabilities, processes, teams and suppliers.

The emphasis is on practical use in the environment of digital services, agile teams, ITSM, DevOps and product-oriented organizations. • 3 days of practical preparation for ITIL® Product (Version 5) including exam.
  • Lecturers with extensive experience who do not take ITSM as a theory, but as a tool for real operations.
