The main difference of the new version is in three areas, ITIL®5 now includes:

1. AI for decision support - The new version includes artificial intelligence that helps with decision-making and process optimization.
2. Improved approach to value stream mapping - Value stream mapping is now more efficient and provides better tools for tracking the flow of value in the organization.
3. Value chain - activities correspond to the service life cycle - Activities within the value chain are now clearly linked to the individual phases of the service life cycle, ensuring better alignment of processes.

The exam is conducted in English.

• Length 60 min (+15 min for candidates who do not have English as their mother tongue).
• 40 questions with a choice of 4 options.
• 65% correct answers for passing the exam (26 out of 40).
• Without the possibility of using materials.

The certification is valid for 3 years. After that, recertification is required.

The exam is Online proctored = After ordering the test, you choose the date of the exam (24/7). You can join the test from the comfort of your home or office. PeopleCert certification authority online proctors perform identification using sophisticated technology and supervise you remotely throughout the test.

Are you nervous from exam? 
You have the option to take the certification exam again within 6 months of the first unsuccessful attempt. This second attempt needs to be ordered when ordering the training.
