Course description

The ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course is designed for ITIL® 4 Foundation certification holders who want to quickly and effectively update their knowledge to the new version of ITIL® 5. It focuses on key changes in the management of IT services, digital products and value streams, including topics such as automation, data and the use of AI in modern ITSM.

During the course, you will clarify the differences between ITIL 4 and ITIL 5, understand the new principles and prepare for the ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5) certification exam. The course goes straight to the point — without repeating the basics you already know from ITIL 4.
  • A shorter path for those who already know ITIL 4.
  • Focusing only on the differences, innovations and practical impacts of ITIL 5.
  • Connecting ITSM, digital products, automation and AI.
  • Bridge exam preparation without unnecessary theory.

Required knowledge

Valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification (or higher) is required before taking the Bridge training or examination.
