IT Service Management - ISO 20000

ISO/IEC 20000 je mezinárodní norma pro systémy řízení IT služeb (Service Management System). Určuje, co musí organizace splňují, aby své IT služby poskytovala efektivně, měřitelně a s možnostíí kontinuálního zlepšování – bez ohledu na velikost firmy nebo obor podnikání.

Norma úzce souvisí s metodikou ITIL®: zatímco ISO 20000 stanovuje CO má systém řízení splnit, ITIL® nabízí JAK toho v praxi dosáhnout. Právě proto oba přístupy dává smysl znát a umět kombinovat.
