Among his most successful projects are the Office online, Parking Liberec, MS Tools for budget management, investments, subsidies, PRINCE2® Accelerator (SW solution according to the PRINCE2 methodology).
Simona is an accredited PRINCE2 and IPMA lecturer with a rich career in project management. She has experience from commercial project management to management of European consortia. She works as a university lecturer and captain of international cruises. She is actively involved in the organization of international rugby tournaments and lectures at congresses around the world. Her aim is to develop skills and motivate participants to improve.
