What is IPMA Level C?
IPMA Level C is a certification for project managers who independently manage small to medium-sized projects. It verifies basic and moderately advanced competencies in managing a project as a whole, including planning, risk and team leadership.
Who is the IPMA Level C certification for?
It is intended for project managers with some experience who already independently manage projects, but not yet the most complex ones. It is also suitable for those who want to formally confirm their ability to independently manage a project without the need for supervision from a senior manager.
How is the IPMA Level C exam conducted?
The exam combines a written test with documentation of your own project practice, and in some parts also with an interview. Both knowledge of the methodology and the ability to actually apply it when managing a specific project are assessed.
