Cybersecurity managers are responsible for ensuring that the organization actually meets the requirements of NIS2 and the Cybersecurity Act - not only on paper, but also in everyday operations. The role combines knowledge of legislation and international standards with practical team management, risk and incident response and increasingly includes oversight of business continuity during outages. Given that the role of a cybersecurity manager is now mandated by law, mandatory for many organizations, the demand for qualified people for this position is growing rapidly. ○
