Cybersecurity auditors are today a key insurance policy for companies and government institutions - they verify whether security management systems actually work as they should, and whether the organization meets the requirements of legislation (NIS2, ZoKB) and international standards. This is a role with a great deal of responsibility, as the conclusions of the audit often decide on further investments in security and the legal protection of the company. Approximate salary range ranges from approximately 65,000 CZK for less experienced auditors to 120,000-150,000 CZK and more for senior auditors with international Lead Auditor certifications. Due to increasing regulatory obligations, the demand for qualified auditors has been growing faster than the market supply in the long term.
