Course description

Do you want to master Scrum from the basics to advanced scaling techniques and agile transformations – and get two certificates at once? The Scrum Master I. + Scrum Master II. bundle is the most effective way to become a fully certified Scrum Master.
 
In 4 days you will go through the whole journey: from Scrum principles and Sprint management through coaching and facilitation to working with multiple teams and measuring agility. All in one follow-up package, with one registration and a great price.
 
💡  Do you prefer your own pace? The courses can also be completed separately. Scrum Master I. + Scrum Master II. are available as separate courses with their own dates. The bundle offers a great price and guarantees continuity of content.

Required knowledge

No previous experience with Scrum or agile management is required. The course is structured so that SM I. seamlessly follows SM II. – without repetitions and without unnecessary gaps.

Time Day 3 – SM Role and Practice Day 4 – Scaling & Exam
09:00–12:00 Skills of a successful Scrum Master, how the SM supports the Product Owner and the organization Scaling Scrum – multiple teams, complex products, dependencies

Certification

After completing the course and the final exam, you will receive a Pumpedu certificate.
 
  • 2 Exams: each 40 questions, 60 minutes
  • Certification validity: 3 years
  • We will issue a certificate in English upon request

  • Build and lead a cross-functional agile team
  • Actively support the Product Owner in working with the Backlog and stakeholders
  • Coach the team, resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to performance
  • Measure team and organizational agility and evaluate real progress
  • Scaling Scrum to an environment with multiple teams and complex products
  • Guide the organization through agile transformation and prevent the most common failures
  • Successfully complete both certification exams – SM I. and SM II.

Mgr. Jiří Pilný

Jiří is an experienced trainer and consultant in IT Service Management, project management and Agile. He specializes in ITIL® 4, PRINCE2®, Scrum, DevOps and IPMA, helping organizations improve efficiency, service quality, and project success rates.

He brings over 15 years of experience, gained in managerial roles across both the public and private sectors. He has contributed to projects at Microsoft and spent several years managing projects for the City of Liberec.
