Course description

Scrum Master I. gave you the foundations. Scrum Master II. will give you the insight, depth, and tools that separate the average SM from a true agile transformation leader. The course is designed for those who already know Scrum from practice and want to advance their skills to a professional level - learn how to scale Scrum to multiple teams, effectively coach the Product Owner and the organization, measure agility, and prevent the most common failures. In 2 intensive days, you will gain the knowledge and a certificate to prove it.

Required knowledge

The entry requirement is knowledge of Scrum - either from practice or from completing the Scrum Master I course. Study materials are in English, teaching and exams are in Czech.

Target audience

The Scrum Master II course is designed for people who work with Scrum and want to truly become professional in it. It is not an introduction to agile management - it is a step forward for those who have experience and want to turn it into expertise. 
 
  • Scrum Masters with practical experience who want to grow

  • Product Owners and senior members of agile teams

Course content

Time Day 1 – SM Role and Practice Day 2 – Scaling & Exam
09:00–12:00 Skills of a successful Scrum Master, how the SM supports the Product Owner and the organization Scaling Scrum – multiple teams, complex products, dependencies
12:00–13:00 Lunch break Lunch break
13:00–15:00 Daily work of the Scrum Master – facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, measuring agility Interactive simulations and real-world case studies
15:00–17:00 Major risks in agile projects and how to prevent them Certification exam preparation + exam

Certification

After completing the course and the final exam, you will receive a Pumpedu certificate.
 
  • Test: 40 questions, 60 minutes
  • Certification validity: 3 years
  • We will issue a certificate in English upon request

Mgr. Jiří Pilný

Jiří is an experienced trainer and consultant in IT Service Management, project management and Agile. He specializes in ITIL® 4, PRINCE2®, Scrum, DevOps and IPMA, helping organizations improve efficiency, service quality, and project success rates.

He brings over 15 years of experience, gained in managerial roles across both the public and private sectors. He has contributed to projects at Microsoft and spent several years managing projects for the City of Liberec.
