Companies use it wherever they need to deliver results quickly, respond to changes, and keep the team on the same page.  The Scrum Master is the key role that holds it all together: he is not a boss or manager in the classical sense, but a leader who removes obstacles, protects the team from chaos, and ensures that Scrum actually works – not just on paper.
 
The course will take you through the entire framework in two intensive days, from the basics to practical Sprint management, and prepare you for the certification exam that will confirm your progress in front of every employer.
