Course description

Required knowledge

Basic orientation in the IT environment, application development or IT service operation. Previous experience with formal DevOps methodology is not required, but experience in IT projects, delivery team or application support is an advantage.

Recommended entry knowledge:
  • basic overview of development, operation or management of IT services
  • orientation in roles such as development, operations, testing or service management
  • experience in an IT project or technology environment is an advantage
If you do not yet have practical experience with DevOps, we recommend starting with the DevOps Fundamentals course, which will help you understand the principles, concepts and contexts on which the DevOps Master builds.

• Course recap and DevOps Master certification exam

Certification

Upon completion of the course and final exam, you will receive a Pumpedu certificate issued by an authorized training provider with accreditations from leading international organizations in IT, project management, and professional development.

Jiří is an experienced trainer and consultant in IT Service Management, project management and Agile. He specializes in ITIL® 4, PRINCE2®, Scrum, DevOps and IPMA, helping organizations improve efficiency, service quality, and project success rates.

He brings over 15 years of experience, gained in managerial roles across both the public and private sectors. He has contributed to projects at Microsoft and spent several years managing projects for the City of Liberec.
