M_o_R Practitioner — 3rd edition + certification

M_o_R Practitioner builds on the knowledge gained in the Foundation course and moves you from theory to practice. Over two intensive days, you will actively apply the methodology — through exercises focused on real-world situations that risk managers encounter every day.

The course covers advanced risk management techniques, documentation and communication settings, integrating M_o_R into organizational processes, and working with the methodology across all perspectives — strategic, programmatic, project, and operational. The emphasis is on graduates not only knowing M_o_R, but actually managing it.

Completing the course will prepare you for the PeopleCert M_o_R Practitioner 3rd edition certification exam.
