Martin works at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen as the head of the project activities center of the Faculty of Economics and an assistant professor. He has long been dedicated to the management and implementation of projects, including international projects at the EU level. As a lecturer and consultant, he has extensive experience in teaching project and risk management and increasing the efficiency of processes. He holds prestigious certifications, including PRINCE2 (including the Practitioner and Accredited Trainer levels) and IPMA C, which demonstrates his high professional level in the field of project management. He actively participates in the preparation and implementation of project applications and the management of projects in various sectors. His teaching approach combines academic knowledge with practical experience from consulting practice. Thanks to this, he offers course participants a comprehensive view of project management, including IPMA standards and modern project management methods.
