The course prepares you for the certification exam while providing a practical framework you can apply immediately in real projects—from planning through to value delivery. With a strong focus on practice, you’ll gain confidence in combining governance with agile delivery and managing projects in a modern, effective way.

doc. Ing. Martin Januška, Ph.D., works at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen as the head of the project activities center of the Faculty of Economics and an assistant professor.
