During this two-day course, attendees gain an in-depth understanding of the qualities of high-performing Agile Teams, the ART and how it delivers value, and what they can do to effectively perform their role using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.

Course content
A Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) Agile Team member is a professional on a team of committed people who, together, have the skills necessary to define (elaborate and design their component or Feature), build (implement their component or Feature), and test (run test cases to validate their component or Feature) increments of value in a short amount of time. This professional is represented by the SAFe® 6 Practitioner (SP) certification.
The SAFe for Teams training course students will receive a thorough grasp of the ART, how it generates value, and what they can do to efficiently fulfill their position utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and XP, during this two-day course.
Additionally, they will learn how to design program increments, conduct iterations, and develop stories and features. Ultimately, they'll learn about the DevOps culture and continuous delivery pipeline, as well as how to work effectively with the other teams in the program and what it takes to maintain the train.
Objectives
To perform the role of a SAFe Practitioner, attendees should be able to:
- Apply SAFe to scale Lean and Agile development in their organization.
- Understand their team's role on the Agile Release Train.
- Understand all other teams on the train, their roles, and the dependencies between the teams.
- Plan Iterations.
- Execute Iterations and show value.
- Plan Program Increments.
