M_o_R Practitioner (4th edition) + exam

M_o_R is an internationally recognized methodology for managing risks at the project, program and organization level, accredited by PeopleCert. It teaches you to systematically identify, assess and manage risks instead of relying on a purely reactive approach.

M_o_R Foundation introduces the methodology and the basic principles of risk management, while Practitioner builds on this knowledge and focuses on applying the methodology in practice using more advanced techniques. Foundation is therefore a prerequisite for progressing to the Practitioner level.

They are intended for managers, project managers and specialists who want to manage risks systematically at the level of projects, programs or the entire organization. They are suitable both for beginners (Foundation) and for those who already understand the basics and want to deepen their knowledge (Practitioner).

After completing the course, participants take a PeopleCert certification exam. Upon successfully passing the exam, they receive the internationally recognized M_o_R certification for the respective level. Foundation and Practitioner have separate exams aligned with the content of each course.

M_o_R is a standalone methodology focused specifically on risk management across projects, programs and organizations, while IPMA and PRINCE2 include risk management as one area within a broader project management framework. M_o_R therefore complements these methodologies for professionals who want to develop more in-depth risk management expertise.
