Certification

The certification is valid for 3 years. After that, recertification is required.
  • Prerequisites:  The candidate must have passed the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam
  • Without the possibility of using materials
  • The exam takes place on the last day of training
  • 40 questions with a choice of 4 options
  • 70% correct answers for passing the exam (28 of 40)
  • The exam is conducted in English. It is possible to choose French, Spanish or another language at your request.
  • Length 90 min (+ 25% for candidates who do not have English as their mother tongue)
  • Bloom's taxonomy level 2 and 3
Are you nervous from exam? Don´t be, you have a second attempt of exam.
An interesting option is  the possibility of passing the certification exam again within 6 months of the first unsuccessful attempt. This second attempt is needed to order before the first attempt.

Online proctored exam - Choose an exam date (24/7). You can join the test from the comfort of your home or office. The PeopleCert´s proctors perform identification using sophisticated technology. They supervise the candidates throughout the exam and they are ready to help if something does not work properly.
