Course description

The Business Analysis in Sparx EA course is intended for those who already know the basics of business analysis and want to really try out the entire analytical procedure in practice. During the training, you will work with a specific assignment from the customer and step by step convert it into a structured analytical model in the Sparx Enterprise Architect tool.

You will learn to capture requirements, describe the business domain, model processes, use cases, states and system components and correctly connect them so that the model makes sense to the business and IT team. The course also includes work with traceability, validation rules and other elements that are important for a high-quality information system design.
  • Maximum practice, minimum theory – the entire course is based on modeling a specific business case
  • Work directly in Enterprise Architect – you don't just leave with theory, but with your own analytical model
  • Connecting business, processes and systems – you will learn to see connections, not just individual diagrams
  • Lecturers from real projects – experience in business analysis, architecture and project management
  • Immediate applicability in practice – you will use the outputs in IS analysis, solution design and communication with the IT team
