Course description
The
Business Analysis in Sparx EA course is intended for those who already know the basics of business analysis and want to really try out the entire analytical procedure in practice. During the training, you will work with a specific assignment from the customer and step by step convert it into a structured analytical model in the
Sparx Enterprise Architect tool.
You will learn to capture requirements, describe the business domain, model processes, use cases, states and system components and correctly connect them so that the model makes sense to the business and IT team. The course also includes work with traceability, validation rules and other elements that are important for a high-quality information system design.

Required knowledge
- ability to work in Sparx Enterprise Architect at a basic level
- be able to create a project, create a package and prepare a simple diagram
- knowledge of basic concepts such as use case, class, activity
- previous completion of the Basics of Business Analysis course or equivalent practice is an advantage
This course is suitable for
participants who already have a theoretical basis and want to move on to practical modeling and creation of analytical outputs in a real context.
