What is the difference between a business analyst and a project manager?
A business analyst focuses on gathering and analyzing requirements and designing solutions, while a project manager manages implementation, deadlines, and resources. The course shows how to effectively collaborate between the two roles so that the project does not encounter misunderstandings about the assignment.
How does the course relate to the BABOK standard?
The course builds on the principles of BABOK® (the IIBA standard for business analysis) and translates is in the real project management environment. It is not a certification preparation for BABOK, but a practical use of its principles by a project manager.
What will the course bring to my project management practice?
You will gain a practical framework for cooperation between the project manager, business analyst and delivery team, thanks to which you will manage projects more accurately and with less risk of misunderstanding with the client. Learn to better manage requirements, changes, and stakeholder expectations.
