Course description

The Project Management Professional (PMP) course is designed for project managers who no longer want to manage projects based solely on experience, but want to manage them systematically, with greater confidence, and according to a globally respected standard. If you are responsible for deadlines, budgets, scope, stakeholders, and project results, the PMP will give you a solid framework for how to keep projects under control and make better decisions at every stage of their management.

But it's not just about preparing for the exam. This course will show you how to use PMI principles in real life - in planning, prioritizing, risk management, communicating with management, and leading a project team. Thanks to this, you will not only gain a quality foundation for successfully passing the PMP certification, but also, most importantly, skills that you will use on your projects immediately after the training.

Whether you want to move to a more senior role, confirm your experience with an internationally recognized certificate, or raise the level of project management in your company, this course is a practical and meaningful step.
  • Preparation for certification and real practice – we do not only cover the theory for the exam, but also situations from real projects
  • Experienced trainer – experience from international projects, transformations and delivery environments
  • Practical explanation of complex topics – risks, stakeholder management, budget, governance and prioritization
  • Format for companies and individuals – open dates, virtually and in person, possibility of company run
