Ing. Martin Eber CLTD

Martin is an expert in logistics and supply chain management, combining a strategic view of supply chain operations with hands-on experience from industrial projects in international environments.

Throughout his career, he has led projects focused on logistics process optimization, cost reduction, and change management in supply chains. He has worked on production relocations, logistics structure design, and risk management across global supply chain networks. He holds the internationally recognized CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution) certification from APICS.

In his training, he builds on real-world practice, specific projects, and the business impact of logistics decisions. He helps participants understand logistics in a broader context, from sourcing strategy and cost control to identifying hidden risks in production transfers and supply chain changes.
