Lecturers

Ing. Jan Mokrý

Jan is a Lean consultant and former Manufacturing Director with more than 18 years of experience in manufacturing, including 11 years in management roles. He has worked across the automotive, engineering, and metallurgical industries.

Throughout his career, he progressed from shop-floor roles to Manufacturing Director, giving him a practical operational perspective, not just theoretical knowledge of methods. He specializes in Lean manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Shop Floor Management, visual management, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, productivity, OEE, and team development.

In his training, Petr shows participants how to implement Lean in a way that works in real business practice, gains employee buy-in, and delivers measurable results.
