Statutory standards and regulations in the field of ICT and SAM

The lecturer presents the legislative framework with regard to many years of experience in the field and real experience with the introduction of SAM in organizations. In addition to the legislative overview, the seminar deals with the procedures of the police or property rights administrators in disputes regarding the violation of intellectual property rights, and last but not least, the issue of the requirements for acquisition documents for intellectual property is discussed. The entire seminar takes into account the practicality of the usability of the information obtained, as opposed to a theoretical interpretation.

The training also discusses international law. For lawyers as a summary and for non-lawyers as a basic outline of what you should know if you are dealing with licensing in an organization. Both from the point of view of on-prem and cloud (services).
