Course description

The course is designed for project managers who want to understand Scrum without unnecessary theory and at the same time get practical guidance on how to use its principles in their work.

Over the course of two days, you will go through the basic principles of agility and Scrum, the differences between traditional and agile management, and specific situations that arise when managing projects, teams, and deliveries. We will focus on roles, responsibilities, working with priorities, changes, and stakeholder expectations.

The emphasis is on practical understanding. The course works with examples from real environments, with simulations, and discussions on how to use Scrum where the classic approach is no longer enough or where greater flexibility is needed. It also includes tips, templates, and recommendations that you can use immediately after returning to practice.

Required knowledge

The course does not require any formal entry requirements. The advantage is:
