Course description
Cloud Provisioning and Governance Advanced is a three-day course for students who have taken the Cloud Provisioning and Governance Fundamentals course and need to know how to customize and extend the ServiceNow Cloud Provisioning and Governance (CPG) Platform to meet the operational needs of the enterprise.
Required knowledge

- Cloud Provisioning and Governance Fundamentals
It is recommended that students taking the course have knowledge and experience of ServiceNow Cloud Management v2, the ServiceNow CMDB, Azure and AWS REST API's, CloudFormation Templates, Azure ARM templates, JavaScript, and JSON. It is also recommended that students taking the course should have a strong understanding of architecting solutions within the AWS and/or Azure Clouds.
(Note: Cloud Provisioning and Governance was formerly called Cloud Management Platform and the Cloud Provisioning and Governance Advanced course was called Cloud Management Advanced.)
Target audience
This course is designed for ServiceNow System Administrators, Dev Ops Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cloud Architects and consultants who implement and configure ServiceNow CPG.

- Create multi-tab requests
- Build dynamic request forms
- Custom Resource Pools and Filters
- Essential Runtime Expressions
- Advanced Profiles
- Advanced Policies
- Extend CPG with templates and Cloud API
- Add functionality for Cloud Services not included in the Platform
- Create Resources Blocks
- Create Day-2 operations
- Invoke cloud operations with Workflows and Integration Hub Subflows
- Test and Troubleshoot extensions
- Integration and Software Deployment, with Continuous Deployment Tools (Ansible)
