"The tailor-made training exceeded our expectations. Given the workload of colleagues, it is often difficult to motivate colleagues to participate in soft-skills training. I was very pleased that after the first day there was very good feedback from the participants and more colleagues arrived for the next run.
We liked the mix of theory verified in the form of practical exercises - which I can assess with hindsight that it was the practical exercises that had the greatest impact on adoption into everyday professional life. Throughout the entire training, we were satisfied with the lecturer and the set sense of security when embarrassing ourselves (during practical exercises) and at the same time there was a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. We are currently solving the repetition for colleagues who did not participate in this training."
