Equal pay in practice: EU directives and the path to transparency

Andrea Kmentová studied Human Resource Management at the Czech Technical University in Prague and has been working in human resources ever since. During her career, she has gained extensive experience working with managers and employees, which allows her to take a comprehensive view of the development of people and organizations. In recent years, she has been working in a corporate environment as
an HR Business Partner, where she focuses on developing potential, creating HR strategies, setting up processes, and building corporate culture.

In addition to her professional career, Andrea is also a soft skills lecturer and coach. She specializes in personality and soft skills development, combining practical experience with modern methods of education and coaching. She uses an interactive approach that helps participants gain deeper self-awareness and learn new skills more quickly. Her goal is to help people discover their own resources, strengthen their self-confidence, and find a path to long-term satisfaction in their professional and personal lives.
