The educational company KEY Trainings becomes part of the IT group eD Group and enters under the wings of the DNS brand, which becomes its majority owner. KEY Trainings will present itself to clients and business partners under the new name Pumpedu.
Distributor DNS joined the Czech company KEY Trainings, s.r.o. Together, these two Czech companies create a strong educational company Pumpedu s.r.o., in which the current portfolio of courses is expanded, cooperation with new IT professionals, and a friendly background for clients and course participants.
"For DNS, this is an entry into somewhat unknown waters from the point of view of a distributor and a traditional B2B model. However, for a long time now we have perceived the demand from our partners for a similar service and that is how we responded to it. We are very happy that KEY Trainings was approached by our offer of future cooperation. It is a very established company in the EDU industry with a wide range of educational offerings and long-term know-how," says David Pankiv, COO at DNS, a.s.
"A distributor is no longer just an entity that ensures the logistics of products from a vendor to a partner. Today, in many cases, it involves cooperation on the design of a solution for the customer, cooperation on the financing of the delivery, implementation services in the partner's team and, finally, supervision and control over the deployed solution. Logistics itself has already become a minor and often automated distributor process. For the development of our partners, education is logically needed, and in very specific areas. And the pumpedu.cz project is intended to help us with this. We thus offer our partners another part of the puzzle for a successful business in ICT." adds David Pankiv.

With this merger, KEY Trainings s.r.o. leaves the KEY group and enters the pure IT group eD Group. The renaming to Pumpedu s.r.o. is also related to the creation of a new strategy.
