Course description

It is suitable for anyone with advanced ITIL v3 knowledge who has accumulated at least 17 credits from exams / training or own ITIL Expert certificate. The training provides information on key concepts and terminology of ITIL® 4 Managing Professional publications. Thanks to this training and certification exam, candidates can obtain the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional certificate.

Required knowledge

Candidate must have 17 credits from ITIL 3 exams / training:
  • ITIL 3 Intermediate Lifecycle
  • ITIL 3 Intermediate Competence
  • ITIL 3 Managing Across Lifecycle

Target audience

The course is for those who have advanced knowledge of ITIL 3 and have obtained at least 17 credits from exams / training, or their own ITIL Expert certificate. A variant of 15 credits in the ITIL® v3 scheme and ITIL® 4 Foundation certification is also possible.

  • Preparation for the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition exam
  • ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition exam
